I wasn't sure what the anon meant by "control" and I couldn't imagine a scenario where Lestrade was actually making Mycroft eat stuff like salads cuz
1) Mycroft isn't fat and he's seriously the only one who thinks he is (Sherlock teases him about it because Mycroft brings it upon himself and it's what douchey brothers do LOL) and
2) Lestrade's not really one to impose healthy eating since he's become iconic donut+coffee man
