this is adorable, but (and i feel a little a stupid at this...) could you explain to me what he's asking about with "the first time"? is it just the first time john's kissed him? or that sherlocks been kissed? or something else i've completely missed? sorry... im just a little confused..

It's that John kissed him before leaving without thinking, but then realized he did and then asked if that was the first time he's kissed him before leaving (since he hasn't realized he's been doing it LOL), and Sherlock says no, so he's already done it a lot that's why Sherlock is so unfazed ahaha
